What we do
Everything that runs downhill.
One crew for the drain, the line it empties into, and the tank or trap at the end of it.
- Drain CleaningSinks, tubs, toilets, laundry and main lines. We clear the blockage, put a camera down to show you what caused it, and back the work for a year.
- Hydro JettingA cable punches a hole through the clog. A jet takes the pipe back to its full diameter. For grease, scale and root intrusion, jetting is the one that lasts.
- Sewer Line & CleanoutEvery fixture backing up at once is a main line problem. We locate it, camera it, and tell you honestly whether it needs a cleaning, a spot repair or a replacement.
- Emergency Drain CleaningSewage on the floor is not a next-business-day problem. We run emergency calls around the clock across San Juan County, including weekends and holidays.
- Septic PumpingOur own vacuum truck, straight off the lot — which means a clean tank, modern equipment and accurate metering on every single job.
- Grease Trap CleaningInterceptors pumped on a schedule you can set your calendar by, grease lines jetted properly, and a written record of every service for your file.
- Video Drain InspectionA camera settles the argument. Roots, a belly, a crack, or just forty years of grease — you see the footage at the same moment we do.

How a call goes
No mystery, no upsell theatre.
The same four steps every time, whoever turns up and whatever hour you called.

- 01
You call
Day, night, weekend or holiday. You get a real arrival window on that call, not a vague "sometime today".
- 02
We look
We find the actual blockage before touching anything, so the fix matches the problem.
- 03
You approve
Price quoted before work starts. The $99 special is $99 — you hear about extra charges before, not after.
- 04
We prove it
Camera down the line so you see the result, plus a 12-month warranty on the drain we cleared.
Where we go

Straight answers
Questions we get every week.

What does the $99 drain clearing special actually cover?
One residential drain with an accessible cleanout, during normal business hours, including a camera inspection and a 12-month no-reclog warranty on that drain. Additional drains are billed separately, and there are extra charges if we have to go through the roof or pull a fixture to get access. We tell you before we start, not after.
Do you take emergency calls at 2am?
Yes. Emergency drain work runs around the clock, including weekends and holidays. Sewage on a floor is not a next-business-day problem.
Do you pump septic tanks?
Yes, with our own brand-new vacuum truck. That is genuinely to your advantage: clean tank on every job, modern vacuum equipment, and accurate metered volumes recorded in writing. We are booking now across San Juan County.
How often should a septic tank be pumped?
For most households, every three to five years, but it depends on tank size and how many people live there. A 1,000-gallon tank with a family of five fills a lot faster than the same tank with a couple. We will give you an interval based on your actual tank and household rather than a generic number.
What is the difference between snaking and hydro jetting?
A cable machine bores a hole through the blockage so water flows again. Hydro jetting uses high-pressure water to scour the pipe wall back to its full diameter. If a drain keeps clogging every few months, a cable is treating the symptom — jetting removes what is actually causing it.
Do you handle restaurant grease traps?
Yes, on a schedule you set — monthly, quarterly or your own interval. We pump indoor interceptors and in-ground traps, jet the grease line it drains into, and leave a written service record for your file. Work is scheduled before service or after close so the kitchen keeps running.
Will you show me what was actually wrong?
Always. A camera goes down the line and you watch the footage at the same moment we do. Ask for a copy and you get one. Nobody should be told their sewer line needs replacing without being shown why.
Which towns do you cover?
Farmington, Bloomfield, Aztec, Flora Vista, Kirtland and Shiprock — effectively all of San Juan County. Local trucks and local crews, so you are not paying for somebody to drive in from another county.
Something backing up right now?
Emergency drain work runs around the clock — nights, weekends and holidays. Open 24/7.
